The short story is a lost art form these days
Interesting short story about the snoring man. Unrealistic, yes, but fun to read. Actually, I've seen several editions of this magazine contain a short story, which is surprising. I kinda wish modern magazines would contain short stories (imagine a video game magazine containing them...that would be awesome).
Elsewhere its business as usual, with stereotyping, the record list, bits of random information (sending messages to soldiers via phonograph records), and the fascinating continuing articles about the history of recorded music.
